After a record low rainfall January, last night we had about 120mm of rain. It's full now.

Yabbies for dinner?
Not yet, but of the other two dams, one is choking in water plants and home to about 200 million tadpoles and little frogs. We must be restocking NSW with frogs from that pond. In fact at night there are frogs inside the house - so many radiate from that dam. And the noise is like a frog ground attack aircraft.
The other dam (we have three now) is not weed choked and has fish and eels in it. Yabbies not yet seen. Maybe the new one will be the yabbie dam. Time will tee.
